Terms of Service
Last updated: July 3, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of AuthPass (the “Service”), an identity and authentication platform. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
AuthPass provides a hosted identity provider — including “Sign in with AuthPass” single sign-on (OpenID Connect), user and organization management, roles and permissions, and related developer APIs. We may add, change, or remove features over time.
2. Accounts & eligibility
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your country, to use the Service.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service to break the law or infringe others' rights;
- abuse, probe, or disrupt the Service, or circumvent rate limits or security controls;
- use the Service to send spam, phishing, or malware, or to impersonate others;
- resell or sublicense the Service except as expressly permitted.
4. Developers & connected apps
If you integrate AuthPass into an application (a “Connected App”), you are responsible for your app, its content, and its own privacy practices. You must only request the user data your app needs, handle it lawfully, and honor users' choices. You must keep your client secrets confidential and register only redirect URIs you control.
5. Plans, fees & billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment provider. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice; changes apply to the next billing cycle. Failure to pay may result in suspension or downgrade.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by AuthPass and its licensors. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service. You retain ownership of the content and data you submit.
7. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service or its users. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; sections that by their nature should survive will survive.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AuthPass will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice (for example, on this page or by email). Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
